While my epilepsy remains "uncontrolled" by medication, I'm legally obliged to disclose it to prospective employers (not doing so should I have a seizure at work is grounds for dismissal) and I can't even count the number of interviews I went to where the atmosphere changed as soon as I mentioned it, even at jobs that I was massively overqualified for.
